Coaching isn't about fixing who you are, it’s about building a toolkit that honors your unique brain. We move through a five-step process to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

1. Identify Your North Star. We start by defining what success looks like for you; whether that’s deeper friendships, navigating office politics, or dating with confidence. We’ll pinpoint your top Social Stressors to ensure our early work provides immediate relief.

2. Map Your Neuro-Signature. We look at how you process the world to prevent burnout. We’ll analyze: Sensory Filters (identifying environments that drain your social battery), The Masking Meter (managing the energy cost of your social interactions), and Communication Style (finding the balance between directness and subtext).

3. Establish a Skill Baseline. We assess your comfort level across 8 critical areas, including conversation starters, workplace hierarchies, and boundary setting. This helps us decide exactly which tools we need to add to your belt.

4. Leverage Your Wins. We don’t start from scratch. We look at your past social successes to find patterns that already work for you. We’ll align our sessions with your real-world environment and any existing therapeutic support you have.

5. Tailor the Learning Experience. I design the coaching to fit your brain’s specific needs, this includes: feedback style (real-time practice vs. post-session debriefs), fieldwork (practical assignments that feel challenging but manageable), and support tools (written scripts, visual aids, or shared docs for easy processing).

All sessions are held via a secure, low-sensory telehealth platform, ensuring you can master these new strategies from the environment where you feel most regulated and at ease.
Please note: Coaching services are private-pay only and available to clients nationwide.

Participation in coaching does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Coaching clients are encouraged to continue working with their licensed medical or mental health providers for any clinical needs.
