Individual Therapy

Insurance & Billing
I am currently In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Rhode Island.

For BCBS RI members: I will handle your billing directly.

Your Responsibility: Copays, coinsurance, or deductibles depend on your specific plan. We will discuss these details clearly before your first session.
Out-of-Network
If you have a PPO or another plan (Aetna, United, Cigna, etc.), you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.

The Process: You pay the session fee at the time of service, and I provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit to your insurer.

Note: Call your insurer and ask about your "Out-of-Network Outpatient Mental Health" benefits to see what they will cover. CPT Codes used- 90791, 90837, 90834.
Private Pay & Coaching Rates
Choosing private pay ensures maximum privacy and allows our work to be guided by your needs, not insurance limitations.
