Kendra M. Lanni, LICSW

IMG_1571.jpg

I am Kendra Lanni, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I earned my Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College, where I focused on clinical well-being across the lifespan. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience at Bradley Hospital, I've developed a deep understanding of mental health diagnoses, clinical presentations, and caregiver needs. I am a respected member of the mental health community and have had the privilege of serving as a Teaching Associate at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University (Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior). As the former Associate Director for Hasbro Children's Hospital's SibLink Program, I developed a specialization in supporting the unique needs of siblings and caregivers coping with a loved one's diagnosis, disability, or condition.

My extensive work across inpatient, home-based, and outpatient settings has provided me with a wealth of clinical expertise and a comprehensive knowledge of the community support systems and therapies available throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New England.

You're here because the stress of modern adult life, caregiving, or navigating complex systems has led to anxiety and burnout. This includes the experience of young adults who are neurodivergent or feeling fundamentally mismatched with the world.

My approach is built on my intensive, specialized clinical training at some of Rhode Island's leading psychiatric institutions. This background ensures you receive high-level, evidence-based care focused on lasting change. My experience within complex hospital and community systems has given me a deep appreciation of family dynamics, crisis intervention, and core resilience—knowledge I now use to help you.
