As a licensed healthcare provider, your clinical records are protected under federal HIPAA standards and 42 CFR Part 2:

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Records Protection: If your clinical record contains substance use disorder treatment information received from a covered program, federal law (42 CFR Part 2) provides heightened confidentiality protections.
