Therapy for Adults and Young Adults,
Including Neurodivergent-Affirming Care

You are a dedicated adult or young professional who keeps the plates spinning—but the cost is your peace. I offer specialized, strategic support when high stress turns into chronic anxiety, executive burnout, or deep dissatisfaction. My practice is designed to foster personal growth and build lasting emotional resilience, whether you are navigating the pressures of every day life, or a neurodivergent individual struggling to thrive in systems not built for you. Together, we move beyond just 'getting through the day' to creating a life that feels sustainable and authentic.
Drawing on two decades of clinical experience, we work collaboratively to set firm psychological boundaries and build resilience. The goal is simple: to help you stop surviving and start feeling truly centered and balanced again.

Dedicated Support for Caregivers
Being a caregiver for a loved one with a developmental, medical, or chronic condition brings a unique set of challenges and emotions, often without enough support. As a clinical social worker with extensive experience across New England's hospital, community, and school settings, I intimately understand the complex systems you navigate and the unique emotional, physical, and financial toll that caregiving can take.

My focus is entirely on you, the caregiver. Together, we will explore the difficult emotions you may have pushed aside—including guilt, resentment, grief, or pressure—in order to care for your loved ones. I will help you develop actionable strategies for setting healthy boundaries, managing stress, and navigating complex family dynamics, all while honoring your own well-being.
